Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom products (such as personalized magnets or special orders)
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Personal care items (such as beauty products)
Because our magnets are made to order, we do not accept refunds, UNLESS you are not completely satisfied with your order. Please reach out to us if you aren't satisfied for any reason, as we will make it right.
Gift cards are also non-returnable.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info.maplecraftz@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages & Issues
We take quality seriously! Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:
- Your item is damaged or defective
- You received the wrong product

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original purchase first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
